HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER
To purchase online with Hudstarduds please direct your cursor over the shop link. Our website will bring you to the products page containing our full range of designer aprons. Please select the required apron style ie St Jimmi Apron.You will then be required to select a colour and size. Once this is completed simply click 'Add to Cart' then 'Continue Shopping' even if you intend to purchase the one product. If you wish to finalise your payment, please click 'Cart' in the top right hand corner then click 'Checkout". Once you click 'Checkout', the Hudstarduds website will re-direct you to the secure online payment facility, where you will be required to pay by credit card or debit card. All online transactions will be accompanied by emails regarding payment and confirmed purchase items.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by Australia Post.When no one is home to accept your parcel, the freight company will leave a card with the location of the nearest pickup outlet where your parcel has been sent to. Our aprons are usually shipped the next business day. Australian made designer aprons are custom made and usually sent within five to seven business days. Hudstarduds accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods in freight. Freight/Postage is a flat rate of $5 within Australia.Free Delivery over $150. Hudstarduds makes every attempt to ensure our online store is up to date with currently stocked items. In case where stock is unavailable items will not be placed on hold. Please note delivery times vary between 5/7 working days.
Hudstarduds aprons are shipped around the world due to our reputation for quality and style. The cost of our aprons are in Australian Dollars and transported by Australian Post to the international destination. Each location has a separate delivery fee which is calculated at checkout via the online store. Please note that Australian made aprons are custom made and usually sent out within five to seven business days. Larger orders can be processed separately for competitive cartage rates.
RETURNS AND SHIPPING
Hudstarduds is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Every item is inspected thoroughly before it is dispatched. In the case where the product is faulty, we will replace the item on inspection. The product must be returned in the condition it was first sent. If the product is damaged in any way Hudstarduds reserves the right to refuse any product from being replaced. We do not provide refunds if a customer changes their mind on the purchased item.
